In engaging with Naked Women Racing, you assert the following representations, upon which we rely:

You possess the requisite mental capacity to undertake responsibility for your actions, thus forming a legally enforceable contract with us.

Accurate Information

You commit to providing precise registration details, including your accurate date of birth and country of residence. Any changes to this information must be promptly communicated to us. You are responsible for maintaining updated contact details on your account, failure to do so may result in missing important account-related notifications and information from Naked Women Racing.

Username Selection

You agree not to select a username and/or alias that is defamatory, offensive, pornographic, or intended to impersonate a real person or brand. Naked Women Racing reserves the right to modify your username and/or alias at its absolute discretion if it is believed that you have breached this representation.

General Conditions

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions, or any part thereof, to any third party without the prior written consent of Naked Women Racing. We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or novate any or all of our rights and obligations under these Conditions to any third party at any time, with notice. In the event of an assignment by Naked Women Racing, you will be notified of this change, and failure to agree will result in cessation of service, though you may withdraw your funds subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

Should any provision of these Conditions be deemed unenforceable or invalid by competent authority, it shall be modified to enable enforcement in line with the original intent to the fullest extent permitted by law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes between you and us will be resolved according to the procedure outlined in our Complaints Procedure.
